People around the world are excited about the prospect of 'suing pharma' or perhaps government regulatory agencies in a limited capacity for vaccine 'fraud.'
'Pharma' did not lock us down and bash us in the streets, craft and declare the State(s) of Emergency, nullify our rights, pass the state and federal Acts over the past decades to make killing, kidnap, psychological warfare, torture and confinement legal. Yes, legal. Not moral, but legal under the States of Emergency and various dovetailed Acts.
How many wins have we had in the courts over the ability of the governments to lock us in our homes and call in the army or police to move us to quarantine camps against our will? Best not complain, my fellow Australians or you will be accused of being a ‘tinfoil hat wearing tosser, sitting in their parents’ basements in Florida’ by the Chief Minister of the Northern Territory or of spreading ‘misinformation’ directly from the ADF.
Did ‘pharma’ do this? Did it brainwash and terrify people and remove them from their homes and then silence anyone who would dare to complain?
But I digress.
Any legal 'wins' about ‘vaccine fraud/adulteration’ are placebo wins only, payouts to be bourne by the taxpayer (that is the 'Commonwealth' of which the lawyers speak).
Our money is simply being funnelled around.
Everyone should know by now that the Australian government provided legal indemnity to vaccine manufacturers which included a clause of ‘no guarantee of successful vaccine development, no guarantee of positive clinical outcome.’

All of this was allowed to happen because of the State of Emergency and Emergency Use Authorisation which are under the auspices of the government.
The only way forward is to strip those in power of the ability to declare Emergencies, nullify the Human Biosecurity Act and immediately exit the WHO.
The real power in the country rests with the ability of one person to declare an Emergency. After that, the government can do anything it wants. People need to come to terms with this and understand that you cannot comply and then expect the same system to ‘save’ you later.
Why is this one person (the Australian Chief Health Officer) allowed write an unreferenced letter, full of lies, that immediately nullifies our constitutional and human rights? (See FOI 2655):
Please note dear readers: no one performing for you in the public eye is going after the real power structure, not even those in government singing and dancing in Senate Estimates.
If the beautiful ‘pharma’ lawsuits are won, they will do it again, now armed with the post-lawsuit situation of 'good, clean vaccines' that will be mandated, or in the case of the WA Health Act 2016, citizens will be “apprehended, detained and removed to a ‘place’ in order to be restrained and vaccinated by force. The ‘force’ used shall overcome any resistance to the enforcement of compliance to vaccination.”

In the future, the messaging will be: ‘why are you resisting? We learned our lesson! We have the good vaccines now.’
The ‘pharma is fraudulent’ lawsuits are setting us up for total disaster because they are predicated on the idea that the issue is with the vaccines, not the tyranny. Therefore, there is no reason to not submit.

Again, ‘pharma’ did not do this, and given the level of hysteria against the unvaccinated, Australia was teetering on the edge of escalating the slaughter. They always go for the innocents first.

They put out these 'scenarios' as plausible deniability for when the real thing happens.
There is only one way this ends. My fellow Americans living in the homeland have retained a right, at least in part, that you in Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere have surrendered and thus at least have a chance, melting away by the hour, to win.
For our cousins in Koala and Kiwi lands, this is the exact situation we warned of. Not that there are too many calling for the same in the US, we at least still have the power to say “No” in a voice loud enough that they must take notice.
Frankly, it is not what the tyrants at home and abroad are up to they depresses me, it is the fact that we have been warned about this for for centuries and even now, far too few are moved top action to stop it.
All that is needed for evil to triumph is that good men do nothing. Good men have been doing nothing for far too long. Evil will win unless we act....and no one is acting.
