From the summary:

The number of AEFI reports was substantially lower in 2022 than in 2021 (Figure 1), declining from a total of 10,576 in 2021 to 2,853 in 2022. Additionally, the overall AEFI report rate declined in 2022 relative to 2021 as indicated by the downward trending ‘AEFI Report Rate’ line (Figure 1). However, reporting remains higher than the average annual number prior to the introduction of COVID-19 vaccines (2,853 compared with an average of 323 per year for the 2018-2020 period).

There is also extremely interesting data about the monkey pox (MPox) vaccine. I had wondered about the side effects during the global roll-out, and if anyone was conducting surveillance on this jab. Looks like WA was, and I encourage people from overseas to analyse these data.

Final thoughts

Is this acceptable?

Is this how we want to live? Is this the ‘new normal’ we were promised?

What about all the people who were injured in 2021? Do they not matter anymore?
