Dear Readers,

When I published Australia’s Novavax contract, I did so with little interpretation. My goal was to present the information from the contract and affiliated government departments in a straightforward manner so that you could draw your own conclusions. Your reactions have been fascinating.

Australia's Novavax Contract

Most of you who responded (either in the comments or to me via email) knew exactly what you were reading. One reader said that they had trouble sleeping after reading the article. One told me he became ‘slightly hysterical.’ Another became profoundly depressed. Many opined that democracy (‘the country’) is dead and gone. One said the contract was “endless details about evil.” I myself ran through all these emotions, although the overwhelming emotion I had was a profound sadness. A sharp sense of grief and mourning for the country that I love so much. My beautiful country died during covid, and I felt like I finally buried it when I wrote this article.

What the people above can see is that this document outlines the impenetrable wall of evil that has been formed around Australians. Both actual and implied, what happened and is yet to happen.

From the US perspective, to which we are intertwined, Katherine Watt calls this a ‘kill box.’ I would argue that the Australian kill box is even tighter given our strict nationalised health care structure (albeit managed by states) absence of a Bill of Rights, and the presence of the British Crown in the form of Governor-General and state Governors.¹ Australia’s Novavax contract is both a plank in the kill box and confirmation of how the country operates, in black and white.

However, not everyone understood the main message or could articulate their feelings. A few said (para.) ‘I don’t get it’ or ‘why are people so upset.’ This reminds me of the famous quote by Anais Nin “we do not see the world as it is. We see the world as we are.” Frame of reference is important, and can be shifted, but grappling with the scope and nature of evil, real evil, can be overwhelming for some people. Real evil is not wholly intellectual. It’s ancestral. Biblical. Visceral. Nevertheless, there are some basic truths in the contract that may be conveyed, as imperfect as I am, within the lens of the above, that can clarify why some people found reading the contract so upsetting.

Contract: executive summary

In the case of Australia’s Novavax contracts, the banality of evil is on full display in the executive summary. Please cross reference the number from the executive summary (1-7) during the following explanation.

According to this contract, Australia pre-purchased 51 M doses (1) of an unapproved prototype injectable (1) that was mandated on her citizens for those who (ex.,) needed to work, see their children by court order, cross state borders to pick up the bodies of their children who suicided, have visitors in prison, attend funerals, receive life-saving surgery, and advocate for suffering and dying loved ones in hospital.

The unapproved prototype injectable sold by Novavax (1) was marketed as beneficial for those with “medical issues or (vaccine) hesitancy” by Australian mainstream media. However, this unapproved prototype injectable (1) has been associated with a long list of side-effects as identified by the EU and a warning was released by the EU stating that “Novavax must carry heart side-effect warnings.”

Anyone in Australia questioning or challenging the safety of the vaccines was labelled a terrorist, and by the West Australian Premier Mark McGowan, labelled: drongos, idiots, morons, absolute cretins, and I could use worse language than that…all they do is endanger themselves…they endanger their families, they create social disharmony…a pack of morons” "grow a brain" " (you are) not normal" " (you are) wacky, nutty, dangerous" and "irrational." “Go and get vaccinated and just act like normal, rational human beings…get on with life, like everyone else.”

In other words, shut up and take this injection that may kill or hurt you. We will not give you real answers if you have questions, just abuse you and humilate you. JUST SHUT UP. OBEY.

This contract revealed, finally, in black and white, that the government completely indemnified the Company (Novavax) and its sponsor (4) for damages associated with any harm caused by their prototype throughout the entire process, from testing to injection into people’s arms (4). If anything goes wrong and people want to sue (someone, anyone) they will not be able to sue Novavax. That means if there are damages to pay out to the injured and dead, the people of Australia will have to pay for it, including the people who were damaged. We paid for the prototype, were humiliated into being injected for work, paid taxes for our labour, got hurt, and our taxes will then pay for either their medical expenses or their funerals. Companies make bank and ride off into the sunset with our money.

I am just reporting what the contract says. What pans out in the future is anyone’s guess. The issue is that the government did not feel it was important to hold the company responsible.

And yes, the government has a funeral fund for people who died taking the prototype injectables.

However, the vaccine is safe and effective, so SHUT UP AND TAKE YOUR FUNERAL MONEY.

The contract also revealed how the Australian government and private industry in Australia and overseas operates in ‘lockstep’ with the WHO. The liability with Novavax could not occur unless the WHO declared covid-19 to be an official ‘pandemic’ (1). Why is this important? Because Australia is not a sovereign country that makes its own decisions. It is a reanimated, bloated corpse being used by politicians to step on we the people as they line their pockets and glorify themselves. If you think this is ‘not that bad’ please familiarise yourself with the new WHO pandemic treaty. Again, the government held people hostage and mandated prototype injections that killed and maimed with liability determined at the whims of a foreign entity.

We are not a country anymore.

Let’s keep going and look at the ‘approval process.’

The Australian government “supported Novavax in obtaining regulatory approval” (2) which was an “accelerated process (2).” The contract “acknowledged that the TGA is part of the Australian government but the government will not act as, or influence, the TGA.” (n.b., I will not look at the approval process or batch testing, but there are serious issues as many have outlined).

This is gaslighting. The government ‘supported the company’ but did not ‘influence the TGA’ although ‘the TGA is part of the Australian government.’

What does this even mean?

Now it’s time to re-introduce you to Jane Halton.

Jane Halton is a 33-year career Australian public servant who served on the WHO and has a varied and lengthy CV. Halton also served on (then PM) Scott Morrison’s National COVID-19 Coordination Commission (NCCC) (Edit April 2023: internet archive) to “advise the Australian Government on anticipating and mitigating the effects of…COVID-19.” Halton was also Australia’s delegate to Event 201. 

Critically for the Novavax contract, Halton is the Chair of the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), founded by (among others), The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum (WEF). CEPI bankrolled the Novavax (NVX-CoV2373) vaccine.

Halton reviews Australia’s vaccine contracts. As of 12 June 2020 the only member of the PM’s NCCC (Mr Greg Combet) had released his COI, which was picked up by the mainstream media. Halton did not declare her COI. Here she is being “surprised” that the government has not ordered more doses despite a current oversupply while at the same time saying the “government’s message is confusing.”

What does all this mean? Nepotism runs Australia. Conflicts of interest and ‘influence’ run Australia. The woman in charge of Australia’s vaccine contracts is chief salesman of the product in the contract. It’s now in our face in black and white. And again, we were told to take it and JUST SHUT UP. OBEY. Before, we had a lot of questions. Now, thanks to the contracts, we know a lot more.

To recap, the government pre-purchased 51 M doses of a prototype injectable (again, sold by the woman who is reviewing the contracts) that had no guarantee to be successfully developed (3) or demonstrate a positive clinical outcome (3). A positive clinical outcome is “a measurable change in symptoms, overall health, ability to function, quality of life, or survival outcomes that result from giving care to patients.”

The government may kill you. JUST SHUT UP. OBEY.

Yes, our politicians could have ‘done something’

So what were our politicians doing during all this?² Well, according to the contract, they could have asked to see the contracts (5) if they were curious enough. There is also a clause in the contracts about confidentiality agreements (5). However, if lone whistle blowers or enough of them got together and said ‘this is really wrong, something is happening here – we are spending a fortune on something that can hurt or kill people or at least hasn't been tested - I’m suspicious - let’s pump the brakes’ men and women of good conscience could have warned people. In my opinion, to hell with the confidentiality clause. And if you think that I am playing Monday morning quarterback, think again. Remember all the people who were protesting and all the scientists and doctors who were censored? They weren’t angry for no reason. If we knew, they knew.

(Please understand the following: our leaders do not care if you are killed by the vaccine. Many of them are probably still quite delusional about the situation, but overwhelmingly they were more afraid of going against the narrative. Of ‘optics’ and ‘messaging.’ Perhaps fear of ‘covid.’ Now, remember the overwhelming propaganda from the government about ‘staying safe.’ This is an inversion of reality. Most of all, they are driven by fear. Fear is their master. For the most part, our leaders are deeply lacking in moral courage. This is the vacuum in which evil delights).

Further, because the contract was redacted we do not know the laws under which this contract was operating (6). This is important because language is important, and we cannot assume anything. In the clause about the operational laws (13.7), the following statement can be found: “The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the United Nations Convention on the Limitation Period in the International Sale of Goods, if otherwise applicable, each as the same may be amended or superseded, are hereby expressly excluded and will not be applicable to this Agreement” (bold emphasis mine). Why is the United Nations involved in any of Australia’s contracts to the point where it would have to be ‘expressly excluded’? What exactly have we signed up for over the years?

(Someone should really do an analysis of the Australian Kill Box).

I still call Australia home. I guess.

As part of my research into the Australian power structure and how the country operates as outlined in the Novavax contract I stumbled further upon how the Australian Defence Force was weaponised against us.

Australians have always been proud of their ‘diggers’ and I have written extensively about Anzac Day, and the complicated feelings around Anzac Day through the post-covid lens. I showed how Australia is part of the Medical Countermeasures Consortium with the UK, US, and Canada. In this instance, a ‘countermeasure’ is a military response to a biological ‘threat’ which has been turned on the civilian population. While I did not find the term ‘countermeasure’ in the Novavax contract, the fact that Australia is part of the Consortium that developed the prototypes under the US military Operation Warp Speed should set off alarm bells, especially where there is “no guarantee of a positive clinical outcome” (3). Please read more from Sasha Latypova in the US for an explanation of this. If and when we get Australia’s Moderna and Pfizer contracts, this is what I will be looking for.

The role of the US DoD (and their co-investors) in "covid countermeasures" enterprise.

Australians have been shocked at the level of militarisation and weaponization of their police in order to enforce the ‘state of emergency.’ Australians experienced ADF troops on the streets of multicultural Western Sydney, going door to door to enforce quarantine which included flying drones and helicopters overhead shouting at people to ‘stay at home.’ At that time, Western Sydney had low covid vaccination rates and low compliance with ‘health directions.’ Western Sydney has a high proportion of believers, particularly Muslims, Coptic Christians, and other Orthodox Christians. This heavy-handed response was not just political on the part of the Premier of the time but weaponization of the state against believers. The well-heeled north shore of Sydney did not suffer the same fate as our brothers and sisters in the western suburbs.

The militarisation of the Australian police ties into the catastrophic loss of trust with the government. At the above Canberra protest, ACT police confirmed that they used long range acoustic devices (LRADs) on the “peaceful, well-behaved” crowd. A spokesperson for police released a statement to The Epoch Times confirm(ed), “ACT Policing has deployed several types of loudspeakers and amplification devices to quickly and effectively convey voice messages to large, and often loud, crowds of people during the recent protest activity in Canberra.”

I don’t have to re-hash what the people in Melbourne saw, but many of you may not know that the entire state of Victoria is a “UN Strong City.”  UN Strong Cities says that their mission is to “counter hate and violent extremism” and do not share law enforcement details. They even put out a “myth busting” document about what they do. See if you find it convincing. It’s not really clear what they do, but they say it’s ‘not really about law enforcement’ (para.). If that were true, why did Former Mayor of Chaguanas, Gopaul Boodhan (Trinidad and Tobago) say on the website  “…We started to do training for police officers and community policing, other law enforcement agencies, in terms of best practice. And our model that we generated has now been used by seven other municipalities throughout Trinidad and Tobago.”

Yes, they are developing and sharing law enforcement techniques.

Rubber Bullets

Look at the last words of Dr Zelenko, a man of science and healing but also in my opinion a very holy man. Watch the whole thing, but the last two minutes are particularly important. This is the crux of the situation.

Finally, I leave you with the question of evil. People who are unfamiliar with evil always expect it to shock and terrify, like what we saw on the streets of Melbourne. But evil whispers. It seduces. More often than not, it is boring, which tricks us into thinking that it does not exist. Spiritual warfare requires discernment. And remember friends, evil requires your consent in the form of a contract.

1. Australians have state ‘Premiers’ which is the equivalent of a US elected ‘Governor’ whereas our ‘Governors’ are representatives of the Crown - one in each state, with a chief Governor-General (one per Commonwealth country where the King is head of state). Nominally, this extra layer of governance would be one of intercession on behalf of the people, but this is not so in practice which was exposed once and for all during the covid state of emergency - another scale to fall from the eyes of many Australians. Another lie that we were told about our country and who we are.
