Wow, this is tremendous. I hope you are keeping at the very least a couple of paper copies of all this. One day-- and the day will come-- this will be welcomed, even sought after by archivists. It's impossible to say what will happen in the future with institutional archives, of course, but my bet would be on the survival of at least a couple of major institutional archives, and many smaller, local / specialized historical archives. From my professional life I am aware of some ghastly losses, irreplacable and highly illuminating documents that just got tossed into the dumpster when heirs couldn't distinguish it from the clutter, or simply had no clue that anyone would care about a bunch of "old stuff." It's something that I always have front and center in my mind.

To answer your question, yes - I did print off all the FOI documents using KoFi donations and that cost me around 100$. So, it is expensive to create an archive as you know, but with the support of the people I was able to do it.
Obviously I wish that TPTB would stop trying to kill us but I equally wish people had more brains and balls. I know I ask too much. The flabby bodied, doughy minded normies are putty in the globalists hands. Where’s my kin? Where’s my Spartans? I want to be with people who laugh in the face of power and would sooner die than be told what they can and can’t do.

In the US, the Patriot Act and the military budget drove the militarisation of police. It was trending anyway, with the "War on Drugs." (Reagan era) Police departments who met certain criterion for "War on Drugs" had access to military surplus. This escalated after 911, as there was so much more military surplus - and more modern weapons, too - available.
That was my understanding as well - the military surplus. Yet, the MI-complex will never miss an opportunity to just manufacture more. I always wondered if the 'surplus' narrative was a red herring i.e. 'gee - would you look at all this kit. better not let it go to waste! Send it to local PD.' Seems sus. Would be interesting to see if there is anyone out there challenging that narrative with some manufacturing numbers.

I remember reading a report in my sleepy hometown circa 2010 - population 100,000, but the smallest big town you will ever see. Provincial. Farming. Coal mining. The police got excited about their tankety tanks and their door busting rams. You see, someone had used an ISP to access something Islamic. It might have even been terrorism, the local cops weren't sure how to interpret it. But surely it was dangerous, so they brought in full riot gear, raided the house of a 65 yo black woman, whose neighbour kid had accessed her wifi. They breached her door, forced her to the ground (as the grandkids watched). Complete assault on an innocent person, as if she were holding an Afghan terrorist. I'll bet someone wanting to collect these stories could find quite a few.
All I can say is that if they ever try this crap again:

I'm not surprised about that statement. Many of our aboriginal people already have poor renal health etc. To add a poison into their system is crazy.
