I also came across information that the US navy was asking for people of Caucasian or Russian heritage to donate synovial fluid. Then a second report different site was claiming bioweapon research in Ukraine was exploring genetic targeting of these specific genetic groups- funded by Obama et al through DOD eleven hundred of those samples were sent to an Unamed Australian institute according to paperwork found in Ukraine.
