Give it three, maybe four days I bet I'll be fine. He said No, you must not, you must wait for the shot. Everybody's got to get it or society stops. I said, Doc, I don't know, is that all really true? These shots are brand new, they ain't fully approved. He said No. You can trust us, it's the latest in science. Never mind the people dying just give up their compliance. I said, Doc, you must have me mistaken with someone pliable. I can't trust you if none of these companies are liable, so I'm going to stay the course like a one way road. Take your vaccine and shove it, I'm gonna just say no.

But I'm not easily defeated, I'm not one to retreat. I tried to make a post about it, they deleted the tweet. Undeterred I stood on the corner holding a sign. The cops showed up, I got arrested and fined. They told me that my words are considered a crime. Next they'll be coming for the thoughts in your mind. I knew they were wrong, I took my ticket and left. They're trying to make it difficult for those of us who resist. And with every headline the propaganda continues. Now they say I'm going to need a shot to step in a venue. All according to script, going exactly as planned. Next they're going to want to put a microchip in our hand. They say conspiracy theory, and that's all that they do. But it isn't just a theory if it keeps coming true. And that's why I'm going to just say just say no.

So this is where we're at now, the final boss battle. I'm not about to back down, I'm hopping in the saddle. I'm coming at it from a different angle like a southpaw. If the passports happen we won't get away with just one. They're going to make us take a new shot every six months. It's only getting worse every time that we comply more. They take away the rights that our grandparents died for. Time to defy and let the vibes rise more. Make a better world for our kids what we strive for. And that means getting rid of all restrictions and masks, saying no to passports and resisting the jab. It's time to kick some dust up like an unpaved road. So join me and Chris Sky and just say no.

This is not right what they are doing to my community. And my community is not just union members, it's non union members, it's dance moms and dads, it's little girls taking ballet class being forced to wear a mask! We will not comply!

She was one of the speakers at today's medical freedom rally and she was scheduled to start at a private school in Manhattan but they were requiring that all the students wear masks and get tested and she was very much against it. She gave a great speech today. So Violet, just have a few words to say about how you feel about the mask mandate and all that other stuff?
VIOLET: I feel like it's not right that the schools are forcing the kids, you know, to wear a mask, to take tests and to make the vaccines, you know, it's just not right to the people. And it's, and it's the right of bodily autonomy, the right to own your own body. And like, nobody can tell you what to do with your own body. I don't have to wear the mask, you know? I don't have to take the vaccine. I don't have to get the testing.

VIOLET: It's my body, you know? And I should be able to go to the school without having to wear a mask and it's a shame that I don't, it's a shame that I can't go.

VIOLET: Yeah. There's this girl downstairs, you know, like two flights down. You know, and the thing is that every time she comes up, she wears a mask to my place and the mother's like, she can't come up without a mask until she gets her second dose of vaccine. You know what kind of child abuse that is?
CHRIS: It is child abuse, I agree. I think putting a mask on and decreasing your oxygen is, is child abuse in my opinion. You know, I'm not a doctor but I just don't think it's right that anybody should be cutting off their oxygen supply. And do you have any friends who are, like, with you in this fight—

CHRIS: Like, anybody? You're on your own.
VIOLET: Yeah I'm on my own.
CHRIS: You're a one girl army!

SARAH CHRASTINA: Hello. My name is Sarah Chrastina. I live in the Methow Valley. Twisp, it's kind of an hour an a half a way. We live in a little bit of a liberal bubble in our school district—
[laughter from audience]
Even though we are eastern Washington. And we were pretty tolerant. I was very asleep at the beginning of this plandemic. Very tolerant of the masking at the beginning. I mean, it's the least I could do, people are dying all over the world, I will wear my mask to show compassion and err on the side of grace. Right? I didn't see what I didn't see. I was under a spell, was under a trance, really. I can see that now. I can see that in other people now, too.
When I woke up, it was a Saturday morning. I was looking at some stuff with my husband. The headlines were the FDA is calling out people using Ivermectin, it's a sheep dewormer, it's not for people, it's for animals. And as we've learned already today, and some of us learned from a long time ago, but Ivermectin is not just for animals, it's for people. I was dumbfounded that here is the mainstream media telling us don't go to this medicine that could be a lifesaving, that's all I heard about it, that it was a lifesaving treatment for covid that was early. Well, I didn't realize at the time how warped the media was. I was still, I thought they definitely went into hysteria too much, but I didn't see them as the warped, controlled operation that they are. And so I came out of that realizing how much I had been falling for the lies.
I— not long after that, our school district decided to hold a vaccine event because the FDA was going to say it was OK now for the kids now to receive the vaccine in our community. And we were going to have them as young as 5 years old get vaccinated. And I realized, this is harmful. It's not even, there's not a benefit to it. I talked to the nurses, I talked to people at the school, no avail. No one wanted to hear my concerns.
So I decided to go to the event, because I needed to go see this for myself that they were going to give this injection. And what was the paperwork? I needed to see the informed consent. What were they giving to our community, to my neighbors? I'm not going to go to Olympia* and fight it at the government level. I just, I'm going to go to my school and I went and I stood at the outside the gate and asked again and again for the papers. I had doctors come tell me things and I talked to them. Long story short, never got papers. I was bullied. I was shamed. I was yelled at and told to leave and told I was a disruption. I was called in later that week by my school district telling me that they saw my disruptive behavior, reports of it. They weren't there. I was there. They weren't there. They said there was reports of disruptive behavior from me because I was asking questions.
So it's just the classic pattern that I then saw everywhere. When you stand up, you are shamed and bullied and censored. And you don't have a voice. Same with the vaccine injured, that we've heard today, right? It's a pattern. And I, I was in the middle of it and I was still just flabbergasted that this was actually happening.
Now I can— so I got called into the office. I told them my side. They said, Sarah, today we're going to let you know that if you do this again— because I was an employee of the school district, at that time I was coaching volleyball— you do this again, we're going to give you a no trespassing order on the campus. Because they knew they didn't have a law against somebody coming in asking questions. So what could they do? They pull a no trespassing law against me, which they have done many times, I'm sure you've heard many stories of this.
So I went back home. And I was in tears, I was a mess that whole week. I decided to resign. If I resign, I won't be an employee. They can't touch me, I'm a free citizen of the United States of America!

You would think that would be enough.
[clapping]
I said, I resign because I can't do this anymore and be— and I can't wear a mask when it's, to me was a symbol then that I supported the agenda, I supported children's vaccination, I supported all of the things that I saw now were so flawed and harmful. So I went on from there to-- I need to go to my notes, I'm sorry, I'm not supposed to take this long.
My husband meanwhile is the head varsity boy's coach. Dream job. He's amazing at it. We talked about heart injuries with this vaccine. The heart injury I saw in my husband, you can't see it. I can because I know him. It's an emotional devastation. What happened to him in January, 14th, we got an email. It said, you are suspended. We have received an email which will remain anonymous that your mask wearing was abysmal in the weight room today with your team. And he is suspended. And that was the moment his heart was ripped out. And he couldn't be with his team. He was told he couldn't see them, talk to them or be with them. He was a threat to their public, the public safety in our school.
So this, you know, fast forward, we go, we find help in a common law group. I find out there is a case, County of Butler v. Governor Wolf ,** however, this is the judge's remarks at the end of the case:
[reading document] "However, good intentions towards a laudable end are not alone enough to uphold governmental action against a constitutional challenge. Indeed the greatest threats to our system of constitutional liberties may arise when the ends are laudable and the intent is good, especially in time of emergency. In an emergency even a vigilant public may let down its guard over its constitutional liberties"—
which is what I did, I had let down my guard—
[reading document] "once relinquished they are hard to recoup. And that restrictions, while expedient in the face of an emergency may persist long after immediate danger has passed. Thus, in reviewing emergency measures, the job of the court is made more difficult by the delicate balancing it must take. The court is guided in this balancing by principles of established constitutional jurisprudence. This action seeks declaration of the defendant's right."
They ended up upholding the people that were getting the constitution rights taken away. He said something very important here. He says,
[reading document] "But in an emergency, the authority of government is not unfettered. The liberties protected by the Constitution are not fair weather freedoms, in place when times are good but able to be cast aside in times of trouble. The Constitution cannot accept the concept of a new normal where the basic liberties of the people can be subordinated to open-ended emergency mitigation measures. Rather, the Constitution sets certain lines that may not be crossed, even in an emergency."
And this is the —

— the paperwork that we ended up filing with the school district. We said,
[reading document] "in regard to any and all covid policy order mandates, such as guidelines for physical distancing, masking, tracking status, or vaccination, there's no actual law that has been passed by the state or federal legislature that requires me to comply or compels me to consent to the violation of my natural, unalienable constitutionally protected rights. The orders or mandates of a governor, mayor, or agent or officer for a city, county, state health department are not law. And public policy cannot violate the rights of liberty of the people." And this —

It was very inspiring me to read these words, and realize, this was all set up before I was ever born. This country was founded on these principles. And they were founded on these principles because our forefathers had a moral compass. Like our doctor friend videoed in earlier. An ethical standard they lived by. That is what it is built on. And so I started to zoom out, and the big picture was, not my ability to go to a game with or without a mask, or my husband's ability to coach, it is a war on humanity and our freedom to live right now. And we, as we understand the values of the Constitution that uphold those rights, they're not giving us rights, they're upholding the rights for us as we have been given them by God as we were born on this earth.
So I just want to encourage all of you as I have been teaching my own children, we have five children at home, and I have been on fire to teach them about the Constitution and the rights that we have been given.
I also had to go head-to-toe with a sheriff's sergeant at my gym because I did not go with a mask. They ended up giving me a criminal trespass with no crime committed. So all of these things are in place. There are loopholes that the law enforcement is trying to use against us and we have to know where we stand and ultimately pray for Divine Providence to guide us.

WENDY WILLIAMS: Hello my name is Wendy Williams. I'm a wife, I'm a mother, I'm a United States Marine Corps veteran, and I'm a firefighter paramedic with over 23 years serving the central part of the [inaudible] community.
In late 2021 Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings* supported by the Board of County Commissioners voted a covid vaccine mandate or face termination for all Orange County employees, which affected the very firefighters, dispatchers, paramedics, and fleet maintenance workers that served the community from the beginning of the covid outbreak and throughout.
Many of us knew the efficacy of the covid vaccine was not absolute in preventing covid transmission or death amongst the vaccinated. Not only did Orange County Fire Rescue provide paramedics to assist the Health Department in administering this vaccine, we saw some of the adverse effects. I was assigned to a standby unit at a vaccination location in Orange County. They had me observe and ready to treat for potential adverse effects to the citizens that had the vaccine administered on site.
The citizens signed a consent form and had to remain onsite for a specific time post-administration prior to being allowed to leave. I personally witnessed weakness, rashes, chest pain, and shortness of breath.
We know and have seen vaccinated patients become ill with covid as well as test positive for covid. I witnessed in transporting patients that were vaccinated who were experiencing symptoms of stroke, difficulty breathing, chest pain with abnormal EKGs, and rashes, without a prior medical history.
This vaccine was experimental and only approved under the Emergency Authorized order by the FDA.
We firefighters decided to stand up to Mayor Deming about his unconstitutional abuse of power and fight for our rights as Americans and save our careers.
Because we stood united against the forced covid vaccine mandate it caused a divide within our department and created what can only be described as a hostile and toxic work environment.
Those firefighters that chose not to get vaccinated faced discrimination in the workplace, on various firefighter social media sites. These men right here, these men right here behind me on my left, had personally experienced attacks on social media sites and within our own department for standing up for their medical autonomy.
Thank you for being proud and strong.

Unvaccinated firefighters were forced to take the covid test prior to their shift. In fact we found out some of those tests were even expired. The unvaccinated were forced to wear masks in the fire station while the vaccinated were given a choice.
Unvaccinated firefighters had the word "test" next to their name and credentials on the department [inaudible] daily roster, so that the Fire Department employees could see their vaccination status. That was our star.
Has any one in this audience ever heard of the term HIPAA?*
AUDIENCE [various voices]: Yes.
WENDY WILLIAMS: Exactly. Some firefighters were even labeled unclean by multiple fire chiefs. The term unclean was used in a shift conference regarding the unvaccinated list of Firefighter Department personnel required for daily testing. Beside me is a victim of this verbal assault. Does this man right here look unclean or unfit to anybody in the audience? Or even a scumbag? Like the guys on my right, that's how we were referred to on our stations.
The unvaccinated firefighters were subjected to discrimination, segregation, and abuse that continued for months while under the threat of losing our careers. These actions affected not only our mental health, it has destroyed marriages and broken families.
Our jobs are classified as high risk and we are subjected to stressors that most cannot fathom. Even the WHO has classified firefighting to the highest level of occupational risk for cancer. See the slide to my right.
The CDC [inaudible] science blog published a call to action, "Suicide Among First Responders." That was published on April 6, 2021. The mandate came that July. In this article they mention that first responders may be at risk for suicide because of the environment in which they work, their culture, their stressful occupational [inaudible] . Look at the second paragraph, and I quote, during emergency disasters, pandemics, and other crises, stress among first responders can be magnified.
Now let's add a hostile work environment for the unvaccinated firefighters and first responders in Orange County.
Mayor Jerry Deming stated, and I quote, "It was never my intention to terminate anyone from our employment, instead my desire and goal was to increase the rate of vaccination amongst our employees, and we have accomplished that." September 23, 2021.
Along with Board of County Commissioner Nicole Wilson inquired to an Orange County attorney in a public meeting on whether we, the unvaccinated, can be held accountable for wrongful death. And then proceeded to snap her fingers when told we would not be held accountable. You can see the video right here, with our mayor, Mayor Jerry Deming, did that quote, and then after it will be BCC Nicole Wilson and we'll show that afterwards.
In closing, firefighters, we are a special family. We work side by side willing to risk our lives to serve the community. We see things on the job that would scare most and keep you up at night. When we go back to the station we await the next 911 call. We do not fear fire, tragedy, hard work, or even death.
We firefighters say this to the politicians and leaders in positions of
power that have used coercion against us with these forcing vaccine mandates: Your scare tactics will not work on firefighters.
We firefighters are the first to run into burning buildings to save those in our community. We are there when you medically need us and are [inauidble]. We! We can save your family or one of your loved ones. We are fearless and we will continue to hold this red line against those that threaten our firefighter family and our rights as Americans.

Reading this, I feel a mix of sadness and joy - the sadness is mostly because this man (and most of the others) did not win their big battles - though IMO the small victories are still worth celebrating.
As someone who is older and retired, my non-compliance caused barely a ripple. Even when I made a point of walking over the Qld-NSW border on a fairly regular basis (because I used to live down there, and I understood the disruption of having that border closed, in the middle of a semi-urban area where people had business on both sides of the border. And it made no sense...)
Yet I did it because it was what I could do, and it felt important to me, even as a small barely visible gesture (going maskless was a bit more visible!), and as a way of maintaining connection to light and to sanity and to humanity.
Around Brisbane (where I live) there were a small handful of cafe owners who defied the mandates - for a while. Until the pressure became too great. Speaking out on social media, they drew the attention of the authorities, and were subjected to fairly extreme police harassment.
One coffee roaster/cafe owner (NOEGO Coffee Roasters) at Ormeau, just south of the city area, was threatened by health inspectors, and given a massive fine which was required to be paid immediately on pain of business closure (usually fines can be challenged if someone chooses to take it to court, and any penalty is postponed until the court case is resolved). I was one of many who protested outside the cafe just before Christmas 2021, stopping the police from storming in. But they had to change tack, and when they re-opened after New Year they complied with the orders by only serving take-away food & coffee - with tables & seats in an outdoor area that people could use if they wanted to. (This was the solution that they all adopted, after it became obvious that they would not be able to continue openly defying the mandates and maintain the business.)
I made a point of supporting those businesses, and a couple of others that did not openly defy the mandates but didn't actively enforce them, either. Those are the cafes that have my ongoing loyalty and support and my business, small though it is.
When I was in my teens I bought a book called "Civilian Resistance as a Nationa Defence".
The book was very boring (scholarly!) and I never finished it... but still the main point stayed with me: during the Nazi occupation of Europe, and other such events, civilian resistance was a quiet but powerful strategy. Yes, join a protest when you can... but simply not complying, in whatever way makes sense to you and without risking certain violent defeat, can be very powerful. If nothing else, it keeps your morale high, and your inner compass calibrated to what is right.
Thank you for this most excellent comment. In my neck of the woods I well remember the very few places that did not enforce the Jab Crow & mask nonsense, and I well remember those that did so with utmost covidian enthusiasm. The former have my loyalty, latter, they've lost my business forever.
PS Yes indeed, some of the most effective resistance is very quiet.
In a better time, one of my locals in Bristol was granted a late licence: patrons could drink after hours if the drink included food. So the landlord used to pass about a plate of chips.

— I had a dream as a little girl to be a professional dancer and musical theater performer, and I put on shows in my neighborhood. I didn't need a producer to tell me that I can do a show. I speak for all the dancers, the singers, the crew, the actors. I'm also a professional actor. I've been been a member of Actors Equity, SAG-AFTRA* and AGVA** as a Rockette. And now because I had the guts to get on the streets with my friends from New York Freedom Rally–

— they're all contacting me, upset, crying, don't know what to do. As I am here, somebody even from the holistic community contacted me, what should I do?
Listen here, four years ago, not knowing about vaccines, we all grew up thinking we had to have them in order to live, I got a stupid cut on my finger, an what did they give me at the urgent care? A tetanus vaccine. It has rendered me with MS. I am half numb from the waist down.
This is not right what they are doing to my community. And my community is not just union members, it's non union members, it's dance moms and dads, it's little girls taking ballet class being forced to wear a mask! We will not comply!

This isn't a vaccine, this is some kind of a biopharma injection. Nobody even knows what it's going to do to all of these beautiful, healthy dancers.

EATHER BERMAN: Crew has been made to wear two masks out in the heat outside while they're working. They also have to wear signs on their body, whether they've been vaccinated or not.

She was one of the speakers at today's medical freedom rally and she was scheduled to start at a private school in Manhattan but they were requiring that all the students wear masks and get tested and she was very much against it. She gave a great speech today. So Violet, just have a few words to say about how you feel about the mask mandate and all that other stuff?
VIOLET: I feel like it's not right that the schools are forcing the kids, you know, to wear a mask, to take tests and to make the vaccines, you know, it's just not right to the people. And it's, and it's the right of bodily autonomy, the right to own your own body. And like, nobody can tell you what to do with your own body. I don't have to wear the mask, you know? I don't have to take the vaccine. I don't have to get the testing.
CHRIS: I agree with you.
VIOLET: It's my body, you know? And I should be able to go to the school without having to wear a mask and it's a shame that I don't, it's a shame that I can't go.
CHRIS: So you're not going to school. You got to make other arrangements, that's [inaudible]
VIOLET: I'm thinking about homeschooling. I don't know what we're going to do right now, you know?
CHRIS: I like that idea, the homeschooling idea I think is a great thing. Can I ask you what are your, I'm sure you've had conversations with your friends? What do, how do they feel about this?
VIOLET: Oh no no no no no. I've lost all my friends, you know.

VIOLET: Yeah. There's this girl downstairs, you know, like two flights down. You know, and the thing is that every time she comes up, she wears a mask to my place and the mother's like, she can't come up without a mask until she gets her second dose of vaccine. You know what kind of child abuse that is?
CHRIS: It is child abuse, I agree. I think putting a mask on and decreasing your oxygen is, is child abuse in my opinion. You know, I'm not a doctor but I just don't think it's right that anybody should be cutting off their oxygen supply. And do you have any friends who are, like, with you in this fight—
VIOLET: No.
CHRIS: Like, anybody? You're on your own.
VIOLET: Yeah I'm on my own.
CHRIS: You're a one girl army!
VIOLET: Yeah!
CHRIS: Well good for you, I have a lot of respect for that that you are willing to stand up for what you believe in, and I know that your mom is on your side and and you know that's a great thing. So you've got nobody to support you in terms of like kids of your age, huh?
VIOLET: No, but I'm so grateful to have my mother who thinks like this way, you know? And so grateful that you know, we are able to [inaudible] this together and just so happy that, yeah, you think this way, you know, and that you have this point of view, and that we're not not blindsided.
CHRIS: And you've got a lot of people here, if I'll just move the camera you can see the rally. All those people are here with you, too.

SARAH CHRASTINA: Hello. My name is Sarah Chrastina. I live in the Methow Valley. Twisp, it's kind of an hour an a half a way. We live in a little bit of a liberal bubble in our school district—
[laughter from audience]
Even though we are eastern Washington. And we were pretty tolerant. I was very asleep at the beginning of this plandemic. Very tolerant of the masking at the beginning. I mean, it's the least I could do, people are dying all over the world, I will wear my mask to show compassion and err on the side of grace. Right? I didn't see what I didn't see. I was under a spell, was under a trance, really. I can see that now. I can see that in other people now, too.
When I woke up, it was a Saturday morning. I was looking at some stuff with my husband. The headlines were the FDA is calling out people using Ivermectin, it's a sheep dewormer, it's not for people, it's for animals. And as we've learned already today, and some of us learned from a long time ago, but Ivermectin is not just for animals, it's for people. I was dumbfounded that here is the mainstream media telling us don't go to this medicine that could be a lifesaving, that's all I heard about it, that it was a lifesaving treatment for covid that was early. Well, I didn't realize at the time how warped the media was. I was still, I thought they definitely went into hysteria too much, but I didn't see them as the warped, controlled operation that they are. And so I came out of that realizing how much I had been falling for the lies.
I— not long after that, our school district decided to hold a vaccine event because the FDA was going to say it was OK now for the kids now to receive the vaccine in our community. And we were going to have them as young as 5 years old get vaccinated. And I realized, this is harmful. It's not even, there's not a benefit to it. I talked to the nurses, I talked to people at the school, no avail. No one wanted to hear my concerns.
So I decided to go to the event, because I needed to go see this for myself that they were going to give this injection. And what was the paperwork? I needed to see the informed consent. What were they giving to our community, to my neighbors? I'm not going to go to Olympia* and fight it at the government level. I just, I'm going to go to my school and I went and I stood at the outside the gate and asked again and again for the papers. I had doctors come tell me things and I talked to them. Long story short, never got papers. I was bullied. I was shamed. I was yelled at and told to leave and told I was a disruption. I was called in later that week by my school district telling me that they saw my disruptive behavior, reports of it. They weren't there. I was there. They weren't there. They said there was reports of disruptive behavior from me because I was asking questions.
So it's just the classic pattern that I then saw everywhere. When you stand up, you are shamed and bullied and censored. And you don't have a voice. Same with the vaccine injured, that we've heard today, right? It's a pattern. And I, I was in the middle of it and I was still just flabbergasted that this was actually happening.
Now I can— so I got called into the office. I told them my side. They said, Sarah, today we're going to let you know that if you do this again— because I was an employee of the school district, at that time I was coaching volleyball— you do this again, we're going to give you a no trespassing order on the campus. Because they knew they didn't have a law against somebody coming in asking questions. So what could they do? They pull a no trespassing law against me, which they have done many times, I'm sure you've heard many stories of this.
So I went back home. And I was in tears, I was a mess that whole week. I decided to resign. If I resign, I won't be an employee. They can't touch me, I'm a free citizen of the United States of America!
[clapping]
You would think that would be enough.
[clapping]
I said, I resign because I can't do this anymore and be— and I can't wear a mask when it's, to me was a symbol then that I supported the agenda, I supported children's vaccination, I supported all of the things that I saw now were so flawed and harmful. So I went on from there to-- I need to go to my notes, I'm sorry, I'm not supposed to take this long.
My husband meanwhile is the head varsity boy's coach. Dream job. He's amazing at it. We talked about heart injuries with this vaccine. The heart injury I saw in my husband, you can't see it. I can because I know him. It's an emotional devastation. What happened to him in January, 14th, we got an email. It said, you are suspended. We have received an email which will remain anonymous that your mask wearing was abysmal in the weight room today with your team. And he is suspended. And that was the moment his heart was ripped out. And he couldn't be with his team. He was told he couldn't see them, talk to them or be with them. He was a threat to their public, the public safety in our school.
So this, you know, fast forward, we go, we find help in a common law group. I find out there is a case, County of Butler v. Governor Wolf ,** however, this is the judge's remarks at the end of the case:
[reading document] "However, good intentions towards a laudable end are not alone enough to uphold governmental action against a constitutional challenge. Indeed the greatest threats to our system of constitutional liberties may arise when the ends are laudable and the intent is good, especially in time of emergency. In an emergency even a vigilant public may let down its guard over its constitutional liberties"—
which is what I did, I had let down my guard—
[reading document] "once relinquished they are hard to recoup. And that restrictions, while expedient in the face of an emergency may persist long after immediate danger has passed. Thus, in reviewing emergency measures, the job of the court is made more difficult by the delicate balancing it must take. The court is guided in this balancing by principles of established constitutional jurisprudence. This action seeks declaration of the defendant's right."
They ended up upholding the people that were getting the constitution rights taken away. He said something very important here. He says,
[reading document] "But in an emergency, the authority of government is not unfettered. The liberties protected by the Constitution are not fair weather freedoms, in place when times are good but able to be cast aside in times of trouble. The Constitution cannot accept the concept of a new normal where the basic liberties of the people can be subordinated to open-ended emergency mitigation measures. Rather, the Constitution sets certain lines that may not be crossed, even in an emergency."
And this is the —
[clapping, cheering]
— the paperwork that we ended up filing with the school district. We said,
[reading document] "in regard to any and all covid policy order mandates, such as guidelines for physical distancing, masking, tracking status, or vaccination, there's no actual law that has been passed by the state or federal legislature that requires me to comply or compels me to consent to the violation of my natural, unalienable constitutionally protected rights. The orders or mandates of a governor, mayor, or agent or officer for a city, county, state health department are not law. And public policy cannot violate the rights of liberty of the people." And this —

It was very inspiring me to read these words, and realize, this was all set up before I was ever born. This country was founded on these principles. And they were founded on these principles because our forefathers had a moral compass. Like our doctor friend videoed in earlier. An ethical standard they lived by. That is what it is built on. And so I started to zoom out, and the big picture was, not my ability to go to a game with or without a mask, or my husband's ability to coach, it is a war on humanity and our freedom to live right now. And we, as we understand the values of the Constitution that uphold those rights, they're not giving us rights, they're upholding the rights for us as we have been given them by God as we were born on this earth.
So I just want to encourage all of you as I have been teaching my own children, we have five children at home, and I have been on fire to teach them about the Constitution and the rights that we have been given.
I also had to go head-to-toe with a sheriff's sergeant at my gym because I did not go with a mask. They ended up giving me a criminal trespass with no crime committed. So all of these things are in place. There are loopholes that the law enforcement is trying to use against us and we have to know where we stand and ultimately pray for Divine Providence to guide us.

WENDY WILLIAMS: Hello my name is Wendy Williams. I'm a wife, I'm a mother, I'm a United States Marine Corps veteran, and I'm a firefighter paramedic with over 23 years serving the central part of the [inaudible] community.
In late 2021 Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings* supported by the Board of County Commissioners voted a covid vaccine mandate or face termination for all Orange County employees, which affected the very firefighters, dispatchers, paramedics, and fleet maintenance workers that served the community from the beginning of the covid outbreak and throughout.
Many of us knew the efficacy of the covid vaccine was not absolute in preventing covid transmission or death amongst the vaccinated. Not only did Orange County Fire Rescue provide paramedics to assist the Health Department in administering this vaccine, we saw some of the adverse effects. I was assigned to a standby unit at a vaccination location in Orange County. They had me observe and ready to treat for potential adverse effects to the citizens that had the vaccine administered on site.
The citizens signed a consent form and had to remain onsite for a specific time post-administration prior to being allowed to leave. I personally witnessed weakness, rashes, chest pain, and shortness of breath.
We know and have seen vaccinated patients become ill with covid as well as test positive for covid. I witnessed in transporting patients that were vaccinated who were experiencing symptoms of stroke, difficulty breathing, chest pain with abnormal EKGs, and rashes, without a prior medical history.
This vaccine was experimental and only approved under the Emergency Authorized order by the FDA.
We firefighters decided to stand up to Mayor Deming about his unconstitutional abuse of power and fight for our rights as Americans and save our careers.
Because we stood united against the forced covid vaccine mandate it caused a divide within our department and created what can only be described as a hostile and toxic work environment.
Those firefighters that chose not to get vaccinated faced discrimination in the workplace, on various firefighter social media sites. These men right here, these men right here behind me on my left, had personally experienced attacks on social media sites and within our own department for standing up for their medical autonomy.
Thank you for being proud and strong.

Unvaccinated firefighters were forced to take the covid test prior to their shift. In fact we found out some of those tests were even expired. The unvaccinated were forced to wear masks in the fire station while the vaccinated were given a choice.
Unvaccinated firefighters had the word "test" next to their name and credentials on the department [inaudible] daily roster, so that the Fire Department employees could see their vaccination status. That was our star.
Has any one in this audience ever heard of the term HIPAA?*
AUDIENCE [various voices]: Yes.
WENDY WILLIAMS: Exactly. Some firefighters were even labeled unclean by multiple fire chiefs. The term unclean was used in a shift conference regarding the unvaccinated list of Firefighter Department personnel required for daily testing. Beside me is a victim of this verbal assault. Does this man right here look unclean or unfit to anybody in the audience? Or even a scumbag? Like the guys on my right, that's how we were referred to on our stations.
The unvaccinated firefighters were subjected to discrimination, segregation, and abuse that continued for months while under the threat of losing our careers. These actions affected not only our mental health, it has destroyed marriages and broken families.
Our jobs are classified as high risk and we are subjected to stressors that most cannot fathom. Even the WHO has classified firefighting to the highest level of occupational risk for cancer. See the slide to my right.
The CDC [inaudible] science blog published a call to action, "Suicide Among First Responders." That was published on April 6, 2021. The mandate came that July. In this article they mention that first responders may be at risk for suicide because of the environment in which they work, their culture, their stressful occupational [inaudible] . Look at the second paragraph, and I quote, during emergency disasters, pandemics, and other crises, stress among first responders can be magnified.
Now let's add a hostile work environment for the unvaccinated firefighters and first responders in Orange County.
Mayor Jerry Deming stated, and I quote, "It was never my intention to terminate anyone from our employment, instead my desire and goal was to increase the rate of vaccination amongst our employees, and we have accomplished that." September 23, 2021.
Along with Board of County Commissioner Nicole Wilson inquired to an Orange County attorney in a public meeting on whether we, the unvaccinated, can be held accountable for wrongful death. And then proceeded to snap her fingers when told we would not be held accountable. You can see the video right here, with our mayor, Mayor Jerry Deming, did that quote, and then after it will be BCC Nicole Wilson and we'll show that afterwards.
In closing, firefighters, we are a special family. We work side by side willing to risk our lives to serve the community. We see things on the job that would scare most and keep you up at night. When we go back to the station we await the next 911 call. We do not fear fire, tragedy, hard work, or even death.
We firefighters say this to the politicians and leaders in positions of
power that have used coercion against us with these forcing vaccine mandates: Your scare tactics will not work on firefighters.
We firefighters are the first to run into burning buildings to save those in our community. We are there when you medically need us and are [inauidble]. We! We can save your family or one of your loved ones. We are fearless and we will continue to hold this red line against those that threaten our firefighter family and our rights as Americans.

Thank you for sharing these stories of courage and hope.
Reading this, I feel a mix of sadness and joy - the sadness is mostly because this man (and most of the others) did not win their big battles - though IMO the small victories are still worth celebrating.
As someone who is older and retired, my non-compliance caused barely a ripple. Even when I made a point of walking over the Qld-NSW border on a fairly regular basis (because I used to live down there, and I understood the disruption of having that border closed, in the middle of a semi-urban area where people had business on both sides of the border. And it made no sense...)
Yet I did it because it was what I could do, and it felt important to me, even as a small barely visible gesture (going maskless was a bit more visible!), and as a way of maintaining connection to light and to sanity and to humanity.
Around Brisbane (where I live) there were a small handful of cafe owners who defied the mandates - for a while. Until the pressure became too great. Speaking out on social media, they drew the attention of the authorities, and were subjected to fairly extreme police harassment.
One coffee roaster/cafe owner (NOEGO Coffee Roasters) at Ormeau, just south of the city area, was threatened by health inspectors, and given a massive fine which was required to be paid immediately on pain of business closure (usually fines can be challenged if someone chooses to take it to court, and any penalty is postponed until the court case is resolved). I was one of many who protested outside the cafe just before Christmas 2021, stopping the police from storming in. But they had to change tack, and when they re-opened after New Year they complied with the orders by only serving take-away food & coffee - with tables & seats in an outdoor area that people could use if they wanted to. (This was the solution that they all adopted, after it became obvious that they would not be able to continue openly defying the mandates and maintain the business.)
I made a point of supporting those businesses, and a couple of others that did not openly defy the mandates but didn't actively enforce them, either. Those are the cafes that have my ongoing loyalty and support and my business, small though it is.
When I was in my teens I bought a book called "Civilian Resistance as a Nationa Defence".
The book was very boring (scholarly!) and I never finished it... but still the main point stayed with me: during the Nazi occupation of Europe, and other such events, civilian resistance was a quiet but powerful strategy. Yes, join a protest when you can... but simply not complying, in whatever way makes sense to you and without risking certain violent defeat, can be very powerful. If nothing else, it keeps your morale high, and your inner compass calibrated to what is right.
Thank you for this most excellent comment. In my neck of the woods I well remember the very few places that did not enforce the Jab Crow & mask nonsense, and I well remember those that did so with utmost covidian enthusiasm. The former have my loyalty, latter, they've lost my business forever.
PS Yes indeed, some of the most effective resistance is very quiet.
